So, I asked Ralph a slot tech to assist me and for about 15 to 20 minutes of coming and going in/out of the players club cage no matter how many times he reprinted the card it would show that the card was invalid! I must of waited over 25 minutes and Ralph couldn't figure out what was going on with my account and I was getting more and more aggravated because I wanted to play the tables and slots but was not getting any credit for doing so. Turn out that I played for a few hours but the card did not track my play because the card issued was having technical support issues. First of all visit the casino on my birthday weekend (06/21/19) and checked in to the players club and told John (CSR) that it was my birthday that day and he was very nice and issued me a new card with match play plus gave me a voucher from a free buffet and setup a pin to receive the benefits.
